Terms of Service

The client/commissioner is fully responsible for reading and agreeing to the following terms and conditions before ordering a commission. Pricing and Terms of Service are subject to change and currently under construction.The Terms of Service will cover: 1) what I can/will draw, 2) where/how to order and pay, 3) usage and rights.

Ordering & Payment

ʚ⊱ For ordering commissions message me via instagram, bluesky, discord, or email. Describe the art you want and send references of your character. References can be visual or text descriptions (additional fees).	ʚ⊱ Payment is expected upfront at the rough sketch phase. Commission will not be worked on until confirmation of payment. Accepted methods of payment include PayPal, Venmo, and Ko-Fi.
ʚ⊱ Minor revisions are allowed prior to completion and are free of charge. Major revisions are not allowed after the coloring phase and will incur a fee I will determine based off the request. Additional WIPs may be shared at the lineart and coloring phases and upon request.	ʚ⊱ Additional fees may be incurred during the drawing process and will need to be paid prior to continuing the commission. These additional fees will always be due to mid-process revisions requested by you and you will always be notified of the fees.
ʚ⊱ The completed piece will be delivered on the platform you first ordered the commission on. This may be changed due to file limits and upon request, however, delivery is limited to the contacts listed on this page. I must agree to the requested method of delivery, otherwise I will deliver via email.	ʚ⊱ Text descriptions will require additional labor and will be treated as character designing. This also applies to missing design elements that I will need to design even if a visual reference was provided. The additional fee begins at $60+ and will vary based on the amount of designing required of me.
ʚ⊱ Turn around times vary and commissions may take around 1-2 months to be completed. Keep in mind that larger commissions will take longer than usual to be completed.	ʚ⊱ No full refunds. Partial refunds are only possible if the piece has not been completed and are always at my discretion. No refunds after completion.

Usage & Rights

ʚ⊱ I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason. I will
     refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your
     project for any reason.
ʚ⊱ It is your responsibility as the client/commissioner to communicate the
     full details of your commission. Misunderstandings are not on me to
     resolve and if no feedback was given I am not responsible for any
     dissatisfaction with the finished work. You are held responsible for
     suggesting changes after receiving WIPs.
ʚ⊱ You are allowed full personal use access to the commission once
     delivered. If posted online, credits and links back to me are appreciated.
     The commission cannot be used for Commercial use unless discussed
     and appropriate fees are added.
ʚ⊱ If you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the
     ordering process. I may stream the process of creating commissions, so
     making sure the request is made right away will prevent leaks.
ʚ⊱ Any files you receive for delivery of a work will be available from me for
     a finite time only. I cannot guarantee against computer failure or
     accidental deletion or loss.
ʚ⊱ Commercial use rights increase the total price by a minimum of 100%.
     Reproducing and selling the work, publicly or privately, cases where you
     receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my work
     (e.g. Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, business cards, etc.) are
     all considered Commercial use cases.
ʚ⊱ Do not claim the commission as your own or anyone else's work.
ʚ⊱ Do not use the commission to train AI or create NFTs.
ʚ⊱ I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to
     redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or
     self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon. I will make sure to give
     proper credit to you for ownership of the character’s design.
